Rea Badeaux has always been best friends with the Fitzgerald triplets. Grew up alongside them and has been there for all three. But she’s always wanted more than friendship from the gorgeous, daredevil of the group, Luka.
Luka has always counted on Rea to nurse his various wounds, both physical and mental.
Rea comes to terms with the reality that Luka will never reciprocate her feelings and decides to be the best friend she can be. Luke joins the military and is deployed overseas. His daredevil persona has him quickly rising the ranks in the infantry and soon enough, he decides to train to be special forces. Until a freak training accident suddenly ends his military career.
